Amin Ramin, PhD, is a Russian thinker, researcher and convert to Shia Islam, who has studied at seminaries in the holy cities of Qom and Najaf. He is the founder and main author of the project Arsh313.

His writings encompass several books and hundreds of essays and articles, and he has translated more than 10 fundamental books of the Shiite tradition into Russian.
